ADF Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 October 2015, has approved the shifting of the manufacturing activity of the Company's material step down subsidiary in the USA viz. ADF Foods (USA) from the State of California to the State of Ohio w.e.f. 01 November 2015.ADF Foods (USA) is currently engaged in the business of sales & marketing of organic & natural food products. It would continue its business operations by getting the products manufactured through a contract packer based in Ohio. This would help ADF Foods (USA) to achieve better operating efficiency.
