Dynacons Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 March 2016 have approved the following -Approved the proposal for demerger of the business undertaking of Ducon Technologies with Dynacons Technologies with effect from 01 April 2015.
Under the scheme of arrangement, shareholders of Ducon Technologies shall receive 66 equity shares of face value of Re 1 each of Dynacons Technologies for every 25 equity shares of Rs 10 each held in Ducon Technologies.
Accepted resignation of Parag J Dalal, Director and Dilip Palicha, Independent Director of the Company.
