Outcome of board meeting of Frontier Informatics

The Board of Directors of Frontier Informatics has accepted the resignation of V K Premchand as MD of the Company and that of K Rajeshwari as CFO of the Company. The Board has approved resolution to allot 60 lakh equity shares of Re 1 each on preferential basis to Mullapudi Achutu Rama Rao.
