Outcome of board meeting of Garware Polyester

Garware Polyester announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2015, has approved the following:

1. The appointment of M/s. Kirtane & Pandit, Chartered Accountants as joint auditors of the Company along with existing auditor M/s. Manubhai & Shah. Chartered Accountants of the Company.

2. Appointment of M/s. Nilesh Shah & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company.
