J L Morison (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2014, inter alia, has considered the following matters:1. Decided to start manufacturing of cosmetic products including Hair colour/Dye.
2. Decided to alter Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by inserting new Object Clause with respect to manufacturing of cosmetic products including Hair colour/Dye.
3. Decided to seek approval of the shareholders of the Company for proposed alteration in MOA through Postal Ballot Process.
4. Appointed CS Manish L. Ghia, Practicing Company Secretary, Mumbai to conduct Postal Ballot Process in fair and transparent manner.
