Outcome of board meeting of Jyoti Structures

Jyoti Structures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 December 2014, is considering the Company's focus on export market, the Board recast the role of Ashok B. Goyal by appointing him as a Managing Director of Jyoti Structures FZE, a wholly owned subsidiary company and accepted his resignation as a Director and Joint Managing Director of the Company.
