The Board of KDDL at its meeting held on 07 February 2018 has approved the following -The Board took note of the minutes of material subsidiary, Ethos regarding appointment of Yashovardhan Saboo as Managing Director for a period of one year with effect from 01 December 2017 and Pranav Shankar Saboo as CEO in Ethos with effect from 01 April 2018.
The Board also took note of that up on allotment of 21250 equity shares of Rs 10 each by the material subsidiary, Ethos under ESOP, the shareholding of the company in Ethos is 74.15% as against 74.25%earlier on fully diluted basis.
