2. Appointment of Jeeyan Dipen Patwa as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company
3. Appointment of M/s. Ankit Doshi & Associates, Chartered Accountant as an Internal Auditor of the Company
4. Appointment of Rupal Pranav Patel, Practicing Company Secretary as a Secretarial auditor of the Company.
