P I Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2016 approved the following -Incorporation of step down subsidiary named ' Solinnos Agro Sciences'.
Appointment of Ravi Narain as Additional Director of the Company.
Approved the joint venture for entering a JV with Mitsui Chemicals Agro Inc. Japan through one of its subsidiary P I Life Sciences Research for the purpose of registering Mitsui products in India.
No final dividend is recommended by the Board in view of interim dividend already declared.
