Raj Rayon Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 July 2015, has transacted the following :1. The Board of Directors has approved the Report of Directors to be submitted under Section 23 of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985, subject to the consent of the Shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
2. An additional item "Approval of the Report of Board of Directors to the share holders under Section 23 of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985" is included in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which was duly approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 16 July 2015.
