SBEC Sugar announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Vijay Kumar Modi as a Non-Executive Additional Director of the Company.

2. Accept the Resignation of Arun Kumar Gupta from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
