Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies & Allied Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 June 2016, has approved the resignation of T. G. Venkatesh for the position of Managing Director and further noted that he will continue to be Non-Executive Chairman and Director on the Board of the Company.
