Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 August 2014 have considered the following -Appointment of Kalindi Jani as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) of the Company with effect from 23 August 2014 subject to approval of shares holders of the Company.
Re-appointment of Gautam Adhikari as Chairman & Whole Time Director of the Company for a further period of 3 years till 30 September 2017 subject to share holders approval.
Decided to convene the 19th AGM of the Company on 26 September 2014.
