Outcome of board meeting of Sterling Tools

Sterling Tools has announced that the Board of Directors vide their meeting held on 07 April 2014 to discuss the proposal of purchase of 100% shareholding of Haryana Ispat, a related entity, has recommended the said proposal for approval of shareholders though Postal Ballot.
