Unity Infraprojects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the followings:1. Considered and accorded its consent for not attaching the balance sheet of the Subsidiary companies pursuant to General Circular dated 08 February 2011, issued by Central Government.
2. Considered and approved to take postal ballot and/or to hold the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company, i.e. 25 June 2015 Subject to SEBI Approval.
3. Considered of issue of shares against conversion of interest on FITL.
4. Recommended for appointment of Vidya P. Avarsekar as Non -Executive Director.
5. Board formulated and adopted the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive information.
