Piramal Enterprises informed that its board will meet on 28 December 2019 to consider issue of secured nonconvertible debentures on private placement basis amounting up to Rs 2,750 crore.
The scrip was currently trading 0.28% higher at Rs 1652. It has traded in the range of Rs 1650.65 and Rs 1654 so far during the day.
In a separate exchange filing, the company informed that its right issue will open on 7 January 2020 and will close on 21 January 2020.
