From redemption of investment in preference shares of Cams Technology and related dividend

Precision Camshafts announced that on 13 January 2017 the Company has received Rs. 62,00,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Two Crores only) towards redemption of its investment in preference shares of Cams Technology along with related Dividend of Rs. 2,41,20,548/- (Rupees Two Crores Forty One Lakhs Twenty Thousands Five Hundred Forty Eight Only).
