PSL announces resignation of director

With effect from 01 April 2014

PSL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 February 2014, has accepted the resignation submitted some time back by D N Sehgal, a Whole Time Director of the Company. He ceased to be in employment with effect from 01 April 2014.
