Punjab Communications will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 January 2015, to consider the decisions taken by the Core Group of Officers on Disinvestment and Cabinet Sub Committee on Disinvestment in their meetings held on August 13, 2014 & September 02, 2014 respectively.
