Punjab National Bank announces cessation of director

With effect from 29 August 2015

Punjab National Bank announced that Prem Narain, Shareholder director, ceases to be Director on the Board of the Bank w.e.f. 29 August 2015 on his resignation from this position due to his appointment as a member of the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) by the Government of India.
