RD fixed for shifting of portfolio of NCD holders to new ISINs created by IDBI Bank

Record date is 31 December 2018

The Board of IDFC Bank has fixed 31 December 2018 as Record date for determining portfolio of Non Convertible Debenture holders of Capital First which shall be shifted to new ISINs created by the Bank pursuant to the effectiveness of the scheme of amalgamation of Capital First, Capital First Home Finance and Capital First Securities with IDFC Bank.
