Religare Enterprises settles all legacy issues with SEBI

Religare Enterprises announced that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has approved the company's application for settlement under the SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018 without admission or denial of SEBI's findings for a payment of Rs 5.41 crore. The company has accordingly deposited the suggested amount with SEBI and closed the legacy issues.
