Repco Home Finance allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Repco Home Finance announced that pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, the Securities Allotment Committee at its meeting held on 29 December 2014 allotted 44,600 Equity Shares of the face value of Re. 10 each.

Subsequent to the allotment of Equity shares as above, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 623,508,220 representing 62,350,822 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
