With effect from 21 January 2015

Sanofi India announced that A. Ortoli, who was Senior Vice President, Intercontinental, Global Operations of Sanofi SA, France (the Company's ultimate holding Company) has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 21 January 2015 following his retirement from the Sanofi Group.
