SAT sets aside penalty imposed on Central Bank of India

Central Bank of India announced that the Securities Appellate Tribunal vide order dated 09 September 2019 has set aside the order of Adjudicating Officer of SEBI imposing monetary penalty of Rs 3 lakh upon the Bank instead the Bank has been let off on censure for the violation.
