Sathavahana Ispat announces resignation of director

Sathavahana Ispat announced that T. Sreerama Murthy, Executive Director (Operations), has tendered his resignation as Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 02 March 2015, due to personal reasons and he will be relieved as per terms of appointment.
