Saurashtra Cement announces appointment of company secretary

With effect from 01 October 2014

Saurashtra Cement announced that as recommended by Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, Anupama Pai, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as Vice President (Legal) & Company Secretary effective from 01 October 2014 and Compliance Officer pursuant to Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement stead V. R. Mohnot.
