Security & Intelligence Services India allots 2.21 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Security & Intelligence Services India has allotted 221,600 equity shares of Rs. 5 each on 27 November 2020 pursuant to exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock Option Plan.

The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 73,63,28,010/- divided into 14,72,65,602 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
