Shares of Vipul get delisted from Madras Stock Exchange

With effect from 14 May 2015

Vipul announced that the Company is in receipt of letter dated 19 May 2015 (received by the Company on 21 May 2015) from Madras Stock Exchange (MSE) regarding Delisting from Madras Stock Exchange.

Vide abovesaid letter, the Company have been informed by MSE that their application to exit as an Exchange has been allowed by Securities and Exchange Board of India vide order dated 14 May 2015 and thereby resulting in delisting of the Company's equity from MSE.
