Shree Renuka Sugars announced that D V Iyer, Company Secretary has resigned from his position in the Company and he was relieved as at the close of business hours on 17 July 2015. Consequently, he also ceased to be the Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective from this date.The Company has nominated Valde Varghese, Asst. Company Secretary as Compliance Officer with effect from 20 July 2015, for the interim period till the Company appoints a 'Company Secretary & Compliance Officer'.
