Shree Renuka Sugars announced the resignation of Vidya Murkumbi as Director and Chairperson, effective upon completion of the open offer by Wilmar Sugar Holdings in connection with its investment in the company. The Board of the company has recommended the appointment of Atul Chaturvedi for position of Executive Chairman after completion of the open offer by Wilmar Sugar Holdings.
