Simplex Castings to hold board meeting

Simplex Castings will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 August 2015, to take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30 June 2015 as per the clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, and to discuss any other matter as per the agenda of the meeting.
