Sita Shree Food Products announced that Poorva Agrawal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has submitted her resignation due to her pre occupations.The Company has accepted her resignation w.e.f. 01 January 2015 and Poorva Agrawal ceases to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
