SKS Microfinance allots equity shares

Under ESOP

SKS Microfinance announced that on 19 May 2015, the Company has allotted 50,012 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans on 08 May 2015. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
