Smruthi Organics announces change in company secretary

With effect from 15 January 2016

Smruthi Organics announced that as per resignation S. S. Karandikar VP Finance & CS & Compliance Officer has ceased to be is employment of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours on 15 January 2016.

Further the Company has informed that, until, new appointment of Company Secretary is made; Vijay Changale Sr. Manager Accounts & Finance shall be Compliance officer.
