Star Ferro and Cement announced that further to the Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Meghalaya at Shillong vide its order dated 31 March 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 13 April 2015 has fixed 24 April 2015 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the members of the Company to whom equity shares of Shyam Century Ferrous ('Resulting Company') will be issued and allotted in the entitlement ratio of one equity share in the Resulting Company for one equity share held in Demerged Company.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
