Strides Arcolab announces cessation of nominee director

With effect from 15 December 2014

Strides Arcolab announced that EXIM Bank, Mumbai has withdrawn the nomination of Mukul Sarkar from the Directorship of the Company.

Accordingly, Mukul Sarkar ceases to be a Director of the Company with effect from 15 December 2014.
