Tamil Nadu Petro Products announced that Kakarla Usha, IAS (DIN 07283218), Chairperson and Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company nominated by Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO), has resigned consequent to withdrawal of her nomination by TIDCO.
