With effect from 25 October 2014
Tata Global Beverages announced that K. Venkataramanan, currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Company will be moving over to another role in the Company's subsidiary, Tata Coffee, as Executive Director-Finance.Consequently the Board of Directors have appointed John Jacob, Vice President - Group Finance, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in place of K. Venkataramanan. The change will be effective from 25 October 2014.
