Tech Mahindra allots equity shares

Tech Mahindra announced that the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 May 2015 passed a resolution for issue and allotment of a total of 222644 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants under various ESOP schemes.
