Board extends validity of the scheme by three months

Tech Mahindra announced that Pursuant to Clause 17(C) of the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement of Mahindra Engineering Services with Tech Mahindra and their respective shareholders and creditors ('the Scheme'), the Board of Directors have extended the validity of the Scheme by a further period of three months i.e. upto 31 January 2015.
