Following de-recognisation of Madras Stock Exchange
The Byke Hospitality announced that the Equity Shares of the Company "The Byke Hospitality" are permitted to trade since December 2011 on The National Stock Exchange (NSE) in pursuance of tie-up of the Madras Stock Exchange (MSE) with NSE.However due to de-recognisation of MSE by SEBI, the permission to trade facility of Company's Shares on NSE is being withdrawn by NSE vide circular No. NSE/CML/28574 dated 06 January 2015 with effect from 30 January 2015.
The Company has submitted formal Listing Application to NSE with all the required documents and enclosures and hopeful that it will be approved soon and interest of shareholders will be enhanced.
