Torrent Cables gets High Court approval for scheme of amalgamation

Torrent Cables announced that pursuant to the hearing dated 13 August 2015, Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, vide its Oral Judgement, has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of Torrent Cables Limited and Torrent Energy with Torrent Power and their respective shareholders and creditors under the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.A certified copy of the Order is awaited.
