Torrent Power consolidated net profit rises 2.34% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 9.29% to Rs 2348.43 crore

Net profit of Torrent Power rose 2.34% to Rs 181.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 177.45 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 9.29% to Rs 2348.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 2148.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 241.72% to Rs 359.69 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 105.26 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 17.21% to Rs 9986.98 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 8520.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
