Transport Corporation of India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 25 May 2015, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter/FY ended 31 March 2015 alongwith Draft Report of Auditors thereon and recommendation of Final Dividend for 2014-15, if any.
