With effect from 14 March 2014

Tree House Education & Accessories has announced that Deepali Hanchate, Company Secretary, has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from 14 March 2014. Consequent to her resignation, Hanchate also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
