Simplex Infrastructures non-executive Chairman resigns

With effect from 14 March 2014

Simplex Infrastructures has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 March 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the resignation of B D Mundhra, non-executive Chairman of the Company with regret with effect from 14 March 2014. He resigned due to his indifferent health.
