Union Bank of India to issue equity shares aggregating Rs 11,768 cr to GoI

Union Bank of India announced that the Committee of Directors for Raising Capital Funds at its meeting held on 09 October 2019 has approved the preferential issue of new equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to Government of India for an amount aggregating Rs 11,768 crore.
