Uttam Sugar Mills announces change in financial year

For FY 2015-16

Uttam Sugar Mills announced that in compliance of the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Financial Year (2015-16) of the Company shall consist of 9 months period starting from 01 July 2015 to 31 March 2016 and subsequent Financial Years of the Company will be from 1 April to 31March, every year.
