Vaishno Cement Co announced that Vijay Jaideo Poddar and Girdhar Sitaram Bansal have been appointed as Directors (Non-Executive, Independent) of the Company w.e.f. 10 October 2014.Further, Rama Shankar Thakur has been resigned from Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 10 October 2014.
